Tips for using it

Learn the tables in a sensible order

Start with 2, 5 and 10, then 3 and 4, then 6, 7, 8 and 9. Tick only the tables a student is working on, so the sheet stays focused.

Pair multiplication with division

Once a table is familiar, tick Division too. Fact families (3 × 4 = 12, 12 ÷ 4 = 3) help students see that the two operations undo each other.

Short and frequent beats long

A 20-problem sheet a few times a week builds fluency faster than one long sheet. Print the same tables again with New problems for variety.
