Questions
What counts as a generation?
Each study guide, quiz or flashcard deck you create counts as one. Failed generations don't count.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles the payment?
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card details.
Do unused generations roll over?
No. Pro generations refresh every 30 days, and exam-pack credits last 30 days from purchase.
